Since 2004, DSI Work Solutions has provided education and consulting services that have helped employers reduce injuries and retain employees.
Employers and their communities across the United States have benefited from this approach to injury prevention and injury management. Less injuries equals healthier families, healthier companies, and healthier communities.

Our Mission
DSI’s mission is to teach methods to healthcare providers and employers that can eliminate injuries, reduce costs, and prevent disability.
We teach, we support, we consult.
DSI started with the work of Dennis and Susan Isernhagen who were pioneers in the field. For over 25 years the current CEO, Ginnie Marshall, has worked with them as faculty and on consulting projects.
Ginnie has also worked with industry on her own including distribution, manufacturing, healthcare, refineries, and more.
DSI’s mission continues to be to teach, employers and providers alike, methods that have been successful to hire and retain employees, lower injury rates and costs, while improving morale.
Today this education can be provided across numerous platforms to reach as many parties as wish to learn in a way that works for them.
