Welcome to the Job Function Test Design course. The lessons in this course will ensure the participant can design a comprehensive Job Function Test. These lessons also validate the test that is created.
You must have completed the Job Function Analysis & Job Function Description Development course to start this course.
Upon successful completion of the Job Function Test course the user will:
• Understand the use of the Job Function Test in work injury prevention and work injury management
• Demonstrate the ability to design Job Function Tests in both clinical and worksite environments
• Employ the validation process to ensure accurate and legally compliant test designs
• Demonstrate mastery of material in two written assignments and one final exam
